It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allan W. Packard of Spencer, Ohio, born in Lodi, Ohio, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Packard and Margaret Packard (Walkden); his wife Juanita Wagner; and his daughter Tammy Baker. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Simpson and Scott Packard (Helen); his grandchildren, Roger (Michelle), Justin (Nicole), Cory (Olivia), Sarah (Matt), Jonathan (Emily), Kyle (Alichia), Suzanne and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Lane, Avery, Clayton and Alaina; and his sister Elaine McQuate (Rick). He is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers in law; and many nieces and nephews.
