He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Woodley and Elizabeth Woodley; his wife Janet Bockelman; his siblings, Shirley Nagle, Pearl Sharver, Eugene and James; and his pets, Toby, Trace and Tara.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Woodley (Colleen) of McDonald and Tammy Gearhart (Joe) of Cortland; his chihuahua Bandit; his grandchildren, Hunter, Frankie and Nicky; his pets, Smokie, Jax, Sophie and Nellie; and his siblings, Elizabeth Milligan of Girard, Robert of McDonald and John of McKinley Heights. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
