She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl W. Kurple and Genevieve Mary Kurple (Trzaskowski); her husband Robert Jan Motz; and her brother Kenneth Kurple. She is survived by: her children, David Motz (Kimberly) of Hiram, Sarah Motz of Southington and John Cupach (Brandy) of Amherst; her grandchildren, Emma, Aiden and Ethan; her siblings, Irene Wottreng (Joe), Karen Kurple and William Kurple (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Connie Kurple.
