He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald G. Weir and Emily L. Baer. He is survived by: his stepmother Shirley J. Weir; his daughter Lauren K. Weir of Leavittsburg, OH; his siblings, Lori Weir of Kinsman, OH, Renee Seger (Brian) of Troutman, NC. and Jerry Droeder (Tiffany) of Champion, OH.; and his nieces and nephews, Michael D. Root, Justin Seger (Brittany), Brent Seger, Bethany Root, Ericka O'Brien (Anthony) and Leslie Humes.

The family has requested that all donations please be made to Warren Family Mission, 155 Tod Ave NW, Warren, OH 44485 in memory of Ronald A. Weir.
