She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Henry Bell and Edith Edna Bell (Phillips). She is survived by: her husband John C. Waggoner of Southington; her children, Dawn (Christopher Miller), Amanda Waggoner of Liberty, OH, Joanna Waggoner of Warren, Kaytlin Waggoner of Warren, Rachael Waggoner of Southington, Renee Waggoner of Southington, Larry Sabol of Southington, Scott Sabol of Southington, Christopher Waggoner of Warren, Vincent Waggoner of Warren and Luke Waggoner of Southington; and her siblings, Shirley (Lee Bishop), Lester (Ruth Bell) and Lenny (Cheryl Bell). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the River Church (4257 Tod Ave NW, Warren, OH 44485). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that donations may be made to the church in Mildred's memory.
