She is survived by: her husband Larry; her son Kevin Hurd (Marissa); her brother Jeffrey L. Smith (Nancy); her stepchildren, Tony Cope (Melba) and Krista Futrel (Josh); her mother-in-law Joan Galloway; her sister-in-law Lynne Ritter; her daughter Amanda; and also, Ashley, Jeffrey and Katie Smith.
