She was predeceased by: her parents, William Neil and Onita Boyd Neil; and her brother Robert Neil. She is survived by: her husband Ron E. Rowland; her daughters, Victoria Parrish (Michael) of Southington and Heather Sweitzer (Jamie) of Randolph, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joel Sweitzer and Justine Sweitzer; and her siblings, Mary Campanella of Southington, Nancy Rasey (Larry) of Champion and George Neil of Austintown, Ohio.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
