Owsley of Southington, Ohio, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jerry Pacek; her husband John G. Owsley; and her aunt Judy Webster. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Agler (Henry); her adoptive father Kenneth Agler; her children, Brandon Agler of Cortland, OH, Cheyenne Owsley of Southington, OH, Gage Owsley of Vienna, OH and Maddison Brown of Southington, OH; her siblings, Kathy Butcher (Richard) of Warren, OH, Bob Agler (Audra) of Austintown, OH and Kenneth Agler (Kathleen) of Niles, OH; and her granddaughter Sienna.
