He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Scannell and Jules Scannell (Pugh); and his siblings, Nancy Hettrick and Walter "Pete" Scannell. He is survived by: his daughters, Caryn Burns and Carissa Kinsley (Jeff); his nephew Bill Chase (Marcy); and his caregivers, Bill and Joelle Hatala. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and five grandchildren.
