We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 89, Elaine Byard of Southington, Ohio, born in Newton Falls, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jefferson Hites and Lelah Margaret Hites (Kyser); her husband Lee G. Byard; her son James Byard; and her siblings, Darlene McIntosh, Laverne Hites, Joan Caldwell, Gordon Hites, Carol Newell-Simpson and Nancy Hochstettler.
She is survived by: her children, Marcy Powell (John) of Salem, OH and Robert Byard (Barbara) of Southington, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
