He is survived by: his former wife Martha Rayle; his wife Martha "Polly" Dulka of Southington, OH; his children, Ed Dulka (Doreen), Richard Dulka (Glenda), Frank Krevas, Daniel Hess (Cheryl), John Hausen (Norma), Robert Hausen (Karen), Wayne Wires (Karen), Bonnie Waid (Jeff), Wendy Dulka, Tammy McPherson and Rose Dulka; and his daughter-in-law Janet Merritt. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
