He is survived by: his wife Denise Zenisek Neely; his children, Christopher, Roxanne, David III, Ashley and Nicole; his siblings, Phillip, Charles and Sherry; and his uncle Mike Pauley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
