She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lipscomb and Ruby Lipscomb (Keener); her husband Franklin D. Stout, Sr.; her children-in-law, Barbara Stout and Robert Gardner; and her sister Shelby Rector.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin Stout, Jr. (Becky) of Leavittsburg, Perry Stout of Southington, Jeffrey Stout (Penny) of Southington, Ohio and Betty Gardner of Lordstown, Ohio; and her sisters, Joy Stout (Jimmy) of Middlefield and Billie Taylor (Chuck) of Cortland, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
