We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023, at the age of 87, Betty Jo Stout of Southington, Ohio, born in Meadowbrook, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lipscomb and Ruby Lipscomb (Keener); her husband Franklin D. Stout, Sr.; her children-in-law, Barbara Stout and Robert Gardner; and her sister Shelby Rector.

She is survived by: her children, Franklin Stout, Jr. (Becky) of Leavittsburg, Perry Stout of Southington, Jeffrey Stout (Penny) of Southington, Ohio and Betty Gardner of Lordstown, Ohio; and her sisters, Joy Stout (Jimmy) of Middlefield and Billie Taylor (Chuck) of Cortland, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
