She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoy Vernon and Zena Dena White (Mullinax); her husband Howard E. Smith; her son Martin Smith; her siblings, Nellie Billlings, Denver, Hoy, Emery and Luellett White; and her grandson Stephen Small.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Small of Warren, OH, Edward Smith (Kathleen) of Southington, OH and Steven Smith of Southington, OH; and her sister Betty Lengel (Joseph) of Bristolville, OH. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that material contributions be made to American Cancer Society, in her memory.
