He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Vance and Beryl Miller Vance; his children, Heather Marie Vance and Jeffrey Miller; and his siblings, Gene, Charles, Sandra and Diane.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Burkett Miller Vance; his sons, Guy Vance (April) of Niles, Mark Vance (Kristen) of Lebanon, TX and Robert Miller (Lisa) of Niles; and his sister Sharon Leiluette. He is also survived by six granddaughters; five great grandchildren.

Baron's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lordstown Christian Church 6370 Tod Avenue SW, Warren, OH 44481.
