With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Schmitt of Southington, Ohio, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Martin and Helen Martin; her husband Lawrence "Larry" G. Schmitt; and her brother Alex Martin. She is survived by: her children, Larry Schmitt, Jr. (Bonnie) of Warren, Ronald Nicholas (Darlene) of Bristol, Thomas Nicholas of New Jersey, Barbara of New Jersey, Kathy Ortiz (George) of Howland and Lorraine Schmitt (Bill Bacorn) of Southington; and her granddaughter Jackie Iser. She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Masks are required, and social distancing practices will be observed.
