She is survived by: her children, Heath Litteral of Portsmouth and Brittany Guillen (Barnette) of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Marcos, Matthew, Mayquel and Kensi; her stepchildren, Laura, Harold Jr. and Terry; her siblings, Charles Hightower of Dayton, David Hightower (Libby) of Harlan, KY, Phyllis Lockert of South Webster, Garry Hightower (Mary) of Portsmouth, Terry Hightower (Dee) of South Webster and Virgil Hightower (Tammy) of Wheelersburg; and her close friend Kim Ritchie of Xenia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
