He is survived by: his stepdaughter Melissa Cook (Tony); his siblings, Everette Cook III (Carla) of Portsmouth, Loretta Hubbard of Portsmouth and Edith Davis (Larry) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Kayla (Steve), Amanda (Frankie), Heather (BJ), Cassi (Tyre), Timothy, Jacob, Eli and Kearra; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden, Maesyn, Caesyn, Grayson, Kenzy, Timmy, Taylyn, Franklin, Gabe and Ky-Lynn; and his nephew Edward Cook.
