She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry "Bruce" Osborn; and her son Eric "Bruce" Osborn. She is survived by: her daughter Lavita Kempf (Steve) of South Webster; her grandchildren, Zerek "Bruce" Kempf, Rebecca Sokoll and Stefan Kempf (Erica); her great grandchildren, Vera, Ellis, Adler "Bruce", Coen, Ava, Jack and Issac; her niece Julie Osborn Samlow; and her nephew Dr. Drew Osborn.
