He is survived by: his mother Dianna Flannery Henry (Queen); his sister Robin Collins of South Webster; his aunt Alta Burk of Rockledge, FL; his nephews, Steven Jasper Boggs of South Webster and Charles Chip Evans of Wheelersburg; and his stepsiblings, Dedra Grant (Dale) of Wheelersburg, Jackie Crockett (Jessie) and Tim Henry (Delores) of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
