She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Thomas and Julia Thomas (Felty); her former husband Renzo Bentley; her son Jeffrey Dee Bentley; her siblings, Bill Thomas, John Thomas, Nellie Sexton and Margaret Arnett; and her granddaughter Courtney Stairs.
She is survived by: her husband John Arnett; her sons, David L. Bentley Sr. (Dorothy) of Eden Park and Lorenzo Bentley Jr. (Amanda) of Minford; her stepson Russell Arnett (Shirley) of Flatwoods, KY; her siblings, George Thomas of Pennsylvania, Elwood Thomas (Rita) of Florida, Glen Thomas (Jenny) of Grayson, Bessie Swint of Florida, Maxine Brown of South Shore, Elizabeth Hamilton (Ernie) of Wheelersburg, Thelma Brown (Mike) of West Portsmouth and Sharlene Wessell (Roy) of Rosemount; and her grandchildren, David Lee Bentley Jr. (Emily) of Mansfield, Rachel Bentley of Minford, Michael Bentley (Laiken) of Albany, Elijah Bentley of Minford and Andrew Bentley of Minford. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
