She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Maynard; her parents, John Wilburn and Silvia Wilburn; and her siblings, Don, Gene, Chester, Kenneth, Raymond Wilburn and Georgia Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Maynard (Donna), Connie Maynard and Sandra Maynard; her brothers, Carl and Tom Wilburn; her grandchildren, Jonathan Maynard (Debbie), Andrew Maynard, Andrea Maynard, Kayla Warner and Trevor Gee; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Hunter, Colsen, Jaxon, Hadley and Maya. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
