He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Doughty and Eileen Doughty (Mershon). He is survived by: his wife Delores Doughty (Nolan); his children, Joseph Doughty Jr. (Diane) of Wheelersburg and Beth Madden (Dennis) of Wheelersburg; and his grandchildren, Derrick Dunaway, Kayla Dunaway and Erica Hamilton. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
