He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Morris and Wilma Hughes Morris. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Renae Roberts (Curtis) of Pooler, GA. and Johnda Rochelle Radcliff (David) of South Webster; his sister Connie Smith (James Lawson) of South Webster; his grandchildren, Jerry, Jessica, Chelsea, Curtis Jr., Lexie, Nevah, Joshua, Brantley and Helena; and his pet Scutter. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Johns request was for donations to be made to the Shriners.
