It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Rawlins of South Webster, Ohio, born in Bloom, Ohio, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Rawlins and Oney Rawlins (Williams); his wife Carol; and his son Jessie Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, David (Sandra) of Portsmouth, Clifford of South Webster, Glenn of Chillicothe and Jeff of Chesapeake; his siblings, James Rawlins (Janet) of Scioto Furnace and Darlene Blair (Galen) of Wheelersburg; and his daughter-in-law Tammy. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
