He is survived by: his sons, Mark Patterson (Velvet) of Portsmouth and Matt Patterson of Jackson; his siblings, Pete Patterson and Mary Downey of Florida; and his grandchildren, Derek (Hanna), Brice (Leighann), Brent and Haley (Caleb). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
