He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Osborn and Blodwin Osborn (Conkey); and his son Eric "Bruce" Osborn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Osborn (Kaltenbach); his daughter Lavita Kempf (Steve); his brother Garry Osborn of South Webster; his grandchildren, Zerek Bruce Kempf (Rebecca Sokoll) and Stefan Kempf (Erica); his great grandchildren, Vera, Ellis, Adler "Bruce", Coen, Ava, Jack and Isaac; his niece Julie Osborn Samlow; and his nephew Drew Osborn.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in Jerry's name to the South Webster Fire Department.
