He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Blackie" Moore and Dorothy "Dot" Moore; his siblings, Noah "Lance" Moore and Louanna Bond; and his daughter Anne Deck.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Moore; his children, Jeremy Moore, Jamie Howard (Mark), Ashley Osborne, Justin Deck and Nicholas Moore; and his sister Irene Crabtree (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
