She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert McCoy and Ruth McCoy (Masters); her children, Debbie Ruggles (Dave), Steve Jenkins (Cindy), David Jenkins (Cindy), Teresa Burson (Jim) and Mark Jenkins (Robin); and her sisters, Doris Skaggs, Juanita Lutz (Danny), Judy Leach, Linda Sollars and Becky Griffeth.
