He was predeceased by: his parent Kendal Jenkins; and his siblings, Harold Jenkins and Catherine Ramsey. He is survived by: his parent Cora Jenkins (Marsh); his wife Betty Jenkins (Martin); his daughter Phyllis Jenkins of South Webster; his grandson Joshua Sloas of Villa Rica, GA; and his sister Maebell Lansing of Bonita Springs, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
