We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 50, Heidi Renee Blackburn of South Webster, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Ann Dotson; her husband Billy Wright; and her brother Richard Vititoe. She is survived by: her father Gary Blackburn; her daughter Kayla Potts Sowards (Aaron) of South Webster, Ohio; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Haden Charles of Scioto Furnace and Hudson Potts of Ocala, Florida; her sister Tarra Blackburn of Wellston, Ohio; and her nephew Scott Vititoe.
