He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Barker (Norma) and Martha Yeley (Roger); his brother-in-law Charles Kenneth Jordan (Nancy); his children, Phil Barker (Donna), Joy Barker, Tim Barker (Cindy) and David Barker (Krista); his grandchildren, Alan Barker (Donna), Mike Barker (Melinda), Karen Mills (Chad), Cara, Jacob, Emma and Will Barker; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Drew, Autumn Barker, Ethan and Addison Mills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
