He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Miller and Joy Lee Schultz Miller; his son Christopher Martin Miller; and his siblings, Robert Miller, Mike Miller and Louann Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Muncy Miller; his daughter Nichole Miller of Portsmouth, Ohio; his brothers, Greg Miller of Portsmouth, Jeff Miller of Wheelersburg and Chuck Miller of Portsmouth, Ohio; and his grandson Christopher Glenn Shultz.
