It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas R. Sommer of South Webster, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas R. Sommer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer R. Sommer and Addie Sommer (Maynard); and his brother Steven Sommer. He is survived by: his wife Ladora "Dody" Sommer (Hagen); his children, Natasha Smith (Chad) of Oak Hill, Brock Sommer of South Webster and Skyeler Sommer of Jackson; his brother Bradley Sommer (Susan) of Minford; his grandchildren, Addie, Maryn, Eden Smith, Kyla, Charles "Chase" and William Sommer; and his nephews, Shawn and Scott Sommer. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
