She was predeceased by: her parent Goebel Prise; her husband Dane Ramsey; her sons, Alfred Dane Ramsey (Terry) and Roger Ramsey; her granddaughter Serena Ramsey Newsome; her great grandchild Taylor Ramsey; and her siblings, Raymond E. Prise and Noredda Blevins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Cunningham of Wheelersburg and Dana Ramsey-Carr of South Webster. She is also survived by four children, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and six great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Dorothy's name to the South Webster Fire Department.
