It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Horner (South Webster, Ohio), born in South Portsmouth, Kentucky, who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Bailey and Mary Bailey (McMeans); her husband Robert Horner; and her brothers, Charles Bailey and Dale Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Horner (Nancy) of Ashley Corner and David L. Horner (Jeri) of South Webster. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
