He is survived by: his parents, Dewey Smith and Pauline Smith (Farley); his sons, Dewey Smith III (Kari Ann) of Wheelersburg, Michael D. Smith (Kristi) of Wheelersburg and Timothy Taylor (Mary) of South Webster; and his siblings, Keith Smith (Renee) of South Webster, Christine Ferrell of Minford, Joyce Montgomery (Jim) of Minford and Wealthy Neff (Steve) of South Webster.
