He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rawlins and Bertha Elksey Rawlins; his children, Randy Rawlins, Donna Rawlins, Connie Bailey and Debbie Rawlins; and his siblings, Faye Cattee, Judy Rawlins, Darlene Holbrook, Ralph Rawlins and Elden Rawlins.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Rawlins (Tammy) of McDermott, Travis Rawlins of Portsmouth, Lonnie Caldwell of South Webster, Bonnie Sagraves of Greenup, Summer Rawlins of South Webster and OhioOne; and his sister Birdie Woods of Oak Hill. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
