She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Neff Sr.; her children, Gary Lee Neff (Beth) and Barbara Eldridge (Jeff); her grandchildren, Rustie Linkous, Brooke Faircloth, Alisha Cronin, Megan Phillips and Morgan Scott; and her siblings, Donald Crabtree, Ronald Crabtree, Tina Shope, Gloria Howard, Judy Kelley and Karen Burchett.
