He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Adkins and Rose Marie Adkins (Collins); and his siblings, Ray Adkins and Jeannie Whitlock. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Adkins of South Webster, Deborah Maynard (Jonathan) of South Webster and Jessica Knapp (Dustin) of Wheelersburg; his siblings, Gobele Adkins of South Webster, Vearl Adkins (Sheri) of Columbus, Lou Arnett (John) of South Webster, Georgeann Sowards of South Webster, Deamie Slack (Eric) of South Webster, Bonnie Hardin (Mike) of South Webster and Audrey Ellen; and his grandchildren, Jacob Cornell, Colsen Maynard, Jaret Ehrhart, Jaxon Maynard and Ryleigh "Ry Ry" Knapp.
