She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Theret and Helen Theret (Mozdziak); her stepfather Charles Zbrzezny; and her niece Carrie Theret. She is survived by: her husband Joseph, Jr.; her children, Jennifer Kollins (Robert) and Joseph Koos, III (Paige); her grandchildren, Kelsie Kollins, Kiersten Kollins, Katie Detwiler (Andrew), Makennah Koos and Brenden Koos; her siblings, Terry Theret (Colleen), Gerald Theret (Kathy), Michael Theret (Carolyn), Jamie Theret (Lisa), Joseph Theret (Joan) and Paulette Theret (John Passineau); and her brother-in-law Gerald Koos (Tish). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
