He is survived by: his wife Teresa Barcus; his children, Amiee Collett (Austin Keplinger) and Michael Collett (Jessica); his siblings, Charles Collett (Chris), Wallace Collett (Marsha), Debbie Collett, Sharon Jeffries, Patricia Raber (Rick) and Estella Belford (Kelly); his brothers-in-law, Tom Halderman and Tim Barcus (Mindy); his stepson Bradley Minerd; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Collett, Addison Schofield and Liam Collett; and his close friends, Marty Licklighter and Greg Adkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
