We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 81, Joseph M. Fulton of South Vienna, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Fulton and Betty Lou Fulton (Weider); his brother-in-law Vaughn Holbrook; and his nephew Danny Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fulton (Black); his children, Ginger Fulton and Joseph S. Fulton (Dianne); his grandchildren, Tyler and Bowman Fulton; his brother Kenneth F.; his sister-in-law Judy Fulton; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Holbrook. He is also survived by five nephews.
