He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Finney and Frances Finney (Campbell); and his brother Jody Finney. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Finney; his children, Jon Finney (Rebecca) of New Carlisle, Julie Spriggs (Jamie) of South Vienna and Jill Cook (Chris) of Springfield; his sister Jackie Finney; his grandchildren, Tanner, Ella, Preslee and Kennedi; his uncle Kenneth Finney; and his close friend Angel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many friends.
