He is survived by: his wife Betty Windle (Sprinkle); his children, Mary Robinson (James), Lora Windle (Jeremy Wooten), Bonnie Sprinkle and Frank R. Windle III; his grandchildren, Amanda Murray (Jessey), Lillian Profitt, Colt Profitt and Nolan Windle-Smith; his sisters, Sally Culp and Ruth Gaghan; and his pet Bubby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
