He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Danny" and Sue Holbrook (Ropp); and his brother Douglas Holbrook. He is survived by: his friends, Cryptfan, Skippy, Sixgunsound6 and Budride; his children, Alex, Gwen, Paige and Kyleigh Holbrook; his sister Rebecca Colvin (Dennis); his nieces and nephews, Austin Colvin (Courtney) and Ashley Silcox (Chance); and his close friends, Richard Osborne, Bradley Pope, Jeremy Niswonger, Carrie Bates and Becca Holbrook. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
