Lewis, Sr.; her children, Michael Lewis (Laura), Sherry Boblitt, Johnny G. Lewis, Jr. (Lisa) and Timmy Lewis (Nikki); her granddaughters, Tiffany, Mindy, Savannah, Lexie and Haley; her siblings, Rick Folden (Rosie) and Bonnie Domanek; and her close friend Debbie Dunham. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
