She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Dorothea Smith (Miller); and her sister Jeanette Koons. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Windle; her sons, Jeremy Windle (Terri Bruce) and Zack Windle (Jamie); her grandchildren, Keegan Windle, Ella Windle, Zander Windle and Ava Windle; her sisters, Linda Kadel (Leonard) and Janet Lannon (Jim); and her close friend Linda Haggy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
