She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hall and Florence Hall (Wagner); her husband Ralph E. Shelton; her brothers, Robert "Bob" and William "Bill" Hall; her brother-in-law Tom Evans; and her stepgranddaughter Madison Haggy.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Powell (Rick Haggy); her grandson Trenity Powell (Sherri); her stepgranddaughter Ashley Powell; her great grandchildren, Austin, Owen Powell and Elena Powell; her sisters, Joyce Evans, Carolyn Wilson (Dave) and Margaret Hilton (Don); and her sisters-in-law, Mary and Pat Hall. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
