It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Downey (South Vienna, Ohio), born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Eric, Joe and Carrie; and his grandson Raleigh.
